Smoking Ban

Union of Housing Authority and Leisure & Culture Department ask their members not to enforce smoking ban as it is not their responsibility. Wah, it is so funny. I have never heard any Union ask their member not to enforce new company policy / guideline and claims it is not their responsibility. If your boss ask you to take more duty as company have entered a new market, will you told you boss like that: "OH!Sorry! I won't take this. Because it is not on employment contract. You will never see a data entry clerk pick up the call. ... ...etc and etc " It is definitely funny and stupid answer.

We all have a responsibility to make sure our company works. If you are not co-operate with new policy, it will hind your company operate. You are really fail to comply with your work responsibility.
