Bullshit~!!

It is difficult to imagine that how a legislator said such ill-logical reason. (However I always find mental disorderd legislator on TV or Newspaper) If rail is completed, there is more pollution?? Then in other words, there is no pollution is there is no new railway?? No matter rail station is put at West Kowloon or "KamShanLo" or simple old connected KCR railway to Guangzhou, Hong Kong citizen have to travel to station by means of transportation. How come the reject reason is more pollution bring to West Kowloon.
