封面上寫著"征服世界可能嗎?"怎能不買下呢?
統治世界!-- 我想大部份的男孩子都有過的想法吧!正如每個女孩也想過自己是公主一樣。也許我們自小在香港就受到日本各種動畫的影響，或多或少都會有想像過自己統治世界時候有多威風。
一開首作者提出一個問題;征服世界到底為了什麼? 是為了自我享樂，為了改造世界創造新規則，只為邪惡為而作壞事......理由有很多...到底為了什麼呢? 有了目的後，就是如何征服世界的步驟。人力物力到底要多少? 征服後，我們又要如何統治。世界那樣大，美國人和中國人日吵夜吵，作為統治者又如何解決呢? 其實要征服世界不是一件派怪獸出動四周去破壞就成事的。作者由一個理性的邏輯作度去作了一個詳細的分析和解說。若然有出身於商學院的讀者拿著這本書，你也許會有種感覺，怎麼這書的內容像管理101及組識行為學101一樣，只不過套換了用動畫的例子吧! 作者正正就是透過這本看似"低能又沒教育意義"的包裝，道出一個組織的成先要有其遠景目標，尋找人材資金，投資管理。成立後，要管理好人事，帶領團隊向目標前進，激勵下屬。人生短暫，年間過了數十年後又是考慮退出，要選出接手人。所有的"征服世界"也是有架構的設想而不是空想。
而最後一章可以說是全書的精華。作者最後提出一個自問自答的問題，征服了世界是否很爽呢? 答案是: 以前是，現在不是。為何? 你或者可以在書中找到。提示: 18世紀或以前，階級是存在的。18世紀後，只有階層而沒有階級。

New Boss, New Style
Everyone has his / her style. There is no style is absolutely good or bad.
A manager was assigned to my office. I can feel most of colleagues who are being very anxious about new boss. As she set a lot of new rules, those makes her seem to be very demanding. Yes, she is. But I think it is acceptable and reason. For example, she request counter teller refer at least one customer to sales team. Everyone has to come to her office at the morning to greet her and sign in. (I hate this haughty manner so much but there is no choice.) However, I don't have lot of pressure about this. As I always treat change as a opportunity. Change is also nothing absolutely good or bad. I think there is more opportunities to learn from others.
"Change causes stress!" this is the only thing that I can remember from my Organization Behavior class in university. Yes, everyone does. However the most important is that you have to change yourself too. I also say "Man can't change the world but the world change you!". When environment is changing, you've got to being changed too. This is the nature rule in all the animal society mechanism.
